United Federal Credit Union has announced the promotion of Jess Frazier to Mortgage Advisor in southwest Michigan. Frazier will be based at United’s branch at 321 Main St. in St. Joseph
Frazier will provide real estate lending expertise through financial counseling and product awareness to credit union members regarding their real estate financing needs and generate investment quality mortgage loans.
Frazier brings 12 years of financial and customer service experience to her new role. She pairs his industry knowledge with a passion to help people find the right mortgage option for their new home. She has been with United since 2019 and most recently was a Mortgage Operations Closer.
Frazier was born and raised in southwest Michigan. She is active in the community and has volunteered with the Lakeshore Youth Softball and Baseball Program, Young Professionals, and more. She looks forward to supporting United’s community impact efforts in southwest Michigan with the Boys and Girls Club of Benton Harbor, United Way of Southwest Michigan, and other non-profits.
