The Women’s Business Center at Cornerstone Alliance will be talking about accessing capital at their Tuesday event, today April 26. . The WBC started the Escalate series in 2021 as a way to provide resources for womenminority owned businesses and this event will be the first in-person since its inception.
The mission of the quarterly event is an avenue for entrepreneurs to see what’s out there.
Northern Initiatives, which offers SBA Micro Business Loans, has partnered with the WBC and Cornerstone Alliance to share with entrepreneurs in the audience how to go about receiving capital for their small business.
‘Escalate: Northern Initiatives’ will be sharing the stories of Justin and Alexis Black of Redefining Normal, with Facilitator Venard Robinson of Northern Initiatives.
Brandon Campbell, Director of the WBC, stated that one of the best things about the Escalate events is that you get to hear stories from the small businesses themselves that utilized the services of the organization.
This FREE event is open to those that are looking to take their business to the next level through organic collaboration or looking to get started with their own business. Tickets are still available for the event today, April 26th, 4:00 pm at Cornerstone Alliance located in Downtown Benton Harbor.
