On the heels of International Women’s Month, woman-owned ThinkBar Coworking is announcing new services and partnership with fellow women-owned business, Sincerely, K & J. ThinkBar Coworking told us more:
To meet the demand for event space in downtown South Haven, ThinkBar Coworking is now offering its space as a weekend and evening event venue, rentable by the hour or day. The 2,000 square foot space will be the first event venue located in downtown South Haven. The boutique venue offers a customizable floor plan, neutral aesthetic and tech amenities accommodating any type of event.
The space provides tables and seating for up to 50 guests, a kitchenette, and turn-key tech features such as smart TVs, digital projector and screen, Bluetooth speaker systems and high-speed wi-fi, making it ideal for bridal and wedding events, rehearsal dinners, business meetings and retreats, educational workshops or other social events.
“Since we launched ThinkBar Coworking in September 2020, we’ve had inquiries about renting the space for events. We quickly realized there was a demand for a rentable space like ours in South Haven. It seemed like a natural way to diversify our product offerings and maximize revenue potential without disrupting our primary business model, says Suzanne Loafman, Co-owner of ThinkBar Coworking and Events. “We’ve already hosted dozens of events from small weddings to business retreats and our summer weekends are filling fast with graduation parties and bridal events. Now that we’re officially ThinkBar Coworking and Events, we expect to see more of that business”, adds Loafman. Event hosts can arrange the space to meet their needs and bring their own food or catering.
In addition to offering space rental, the team at ThinkBar has also recently teamed with fellow local women-owned business Sincerely, K & J to offer an indoor location for their popular luxury beach pop-up picnics. “We are excited to help promote and partner with another women-owned business and offer customers an opportunity to add this unique experience to their event. Sincerely, K & J’s luxury pop-up picnics are beautifully curated and designed. Our brands complement each other very well”, says Lynzee Krohne, Co-owner of ThinkBar Coworking and Events. The luxury picnic includes a styled tablescape and decor for a high-end dining experience.
ThinkBar is located at 610 Phoenix Street, 2nd floor. The coworking space features a variety of workspaces, including private, semi-private and casual professional workstations, creative space, and collaborative group areas. Amenities include complimentary high-speed internet, wi-fi, video conferencing abilities, and print/scan/fax, plus coffee, water and snacks. The space is conveniently located downtown and steps away from restaurants, public parking, and retail. For more information, visit www.thinkbarcoworking.com.
