On Thursday, April 7th, head down to the Arts District of Benton Harbor, and prepare to be mesmerized by glass blowers and imbibe on delicious brews from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (and all other days and times too!) Water Street Glassworks is partnering up with The Livery for ‘Hot Glass Cold Beer’, their annual Spring fundraiser.
Both locations will host an element of the night’s events, with the Gallery at Water Street Glassworks, located at 140 Water Street, showcasing a selection of hand blown beer glasses, created by their talented team of glass artists. These gorgeous drinking vessels will be available to purchase, and proceeds help fund Water Street Glassworks and its mission to educate, create, and share the fire arts with the community by making it accessible to everyone.

Water Street Glassworks is a non-profit, 501 (c)(3) school and public access studio, offering classes in the glass and metal arts, exhibitions, and events for all ages. Watch the artists in their element from the catwalk, perched high above the workshop floor, as it provides a perfect view of the glassblowing world.
The Livery Microbrewery, located just down the block at 190 5th Street, will be waiting to fill your newly purchased glasses with hand-forged microbrews, in support of strengthening and giving back to the community. Each Thursday, the Livery hosts a different non-profit organization from our area and donates a portion of the evening’s proceeds toward its worthy cause. These ‘Community Nights’ promote kinship and camaraderie, and offer financial assistance to friends and neighbors, reinforcing the mission of The Livery.
