Realtor Nils Petzke has been honored as the RE/MAX of Michigan ‘Rising Star’. The award takes into account sales production, exceptional client service and community service. Petzke is a Sales Associate with RE/Max by The Lake in St. Joseph.
Lars Petzke, Broker/Owner of the office says Nils is new to the business, but worked exceptionally hard to achieve the honor in a challenging time in the real estate industry:
“First licensed in the late summer of 2020, he joined the ranks of the Petzke Team at RE/MAX by the Lake at a crazy time. Nils’ adjustment from corporate life to the world of real estate sales was a smooth and quick one. He hit the ground running and made the Executive Club in his first four months as a licensee in 2020. In 2021, he just took off! His numbers have blown away expectations, but Nils is much more concerned for the needs of clients than he is over his large numbers. This mindset established him as a leader in our office and our entire market in just his first year on the job. Nils is more than just great sales service, as he finds time to be heavily involved in our local board and community. Without a doubt, Nils Petzke is a great example of what RE/MAX agents can be and was an excellent choice to be the 2021 RE/MAX of Michigan Rising Star.
Broker/Owners Lars and Liz Petzke operate RE/MAX by the Lake offices in St. Joseph and Stevensville, with nearly 30 agents and administrative staff. RE/MAX by the Lake was also voted as one of Moody on the Market’s ‘Southwest Michigan Best Places to Work’ in 2019. And Broker/Owner Lars Petzke was an inaugural recipient of the MOTM ‘40 Under 40’ Award in 2018.
