The wildly popular event that finds moms selling to other moms on the Berrien County Youth Fairgrounds in Berrien Springs each spring has been approved for an encore in 2021, but it will move to a one-day only outdoor sale requiring proper social distancing, and other protocols.
Following action by the Board of Directors of the Berrien County Youth Fair last week, the Berrien County 2021 Spring Mom2Mom sale has been scheduled for Saturday, May 15th as a single-day, outdoor sale on the fair grounds in Berrien Springs with the following day of Sunday, May 16th established as a rain date. Fair officials say it is a one day sale from set-up to shopping time to tear-down.
Fair authorities say that set-up will begin at 7:00 am that day and run until 11:00 am on Saturday, May 15th. The sale will open to the public from noon until 5:00 pm, and then tear-down will take place immediately thereafter.
Outdoor spaces will be 15-feet of road frontage with approximately 30 feet of depth. Cost for an outdoor space at the spring sale is $25. The Youth Fair will provide one 8-foot table per outdoor space, however sellers will be able to bring an easy-up canopy, tables, racks, and other display gear from home.
The one day outdoor Mom2Mom sale will feature a $2 admission per person at the gate – with kids 12 & under admitted free of charge. All shoppers are asked to enter at Gate 2 across from Apple Valley Market on M-139, and you are reminded to please wear your mask and employ social distancing.
Outdoor sale contracts are available on the Berrien County Youth Fair website at this link:

and on the Berrien County Youth Fair Facebook event page.
The Youth Fair also encourages everyone to mark their calendar for the 75th Anniversary Fair dates of August 16th-to-21st, 2021. If COVID 19 restrictions still remain through the summer months, they will have an exhibitor showcase in August with a virtual auction. More details will follow.
