The ramp up of services in the St. Joseph market for Sturgis Bank continues with announcement of their new Banking Center Manager, Nick Barber.
As manager of both St. Joseph Banking Centers in downtown and the forthcoming new Southtown neighborhood center, Nick is working closely with Sturgis Bank customers seeing that their financial goals are being met and will be working throughout the community building relationships to help where possible.
Nick attended Central Michigan University prior to beginning his banking career. Over the past 6 years in banking his experience includes Personal Banker and Banking Center Manager where he was highly involved in company projects including being a System Conversion Trainer, a Merger Change Champion, and was active with the Dowagiac Chamber of Commerce as an Ambassador.
Nick has lived in the St. Joseph area most of his life where he resides with his wife Kimberly. He enjoys following many local sports teams as well as traveling with his family.

Nick is currently based out of the St. Joseph Banking Center located at 320 Main Street and will also be managing the new second St. Joseph location at 3125 Cleveland Avenue, expected to be open in late Spring of 2021.
