Everybody loves a good breakfast…but as the pandemic stretches out, some of our favorite places to grab a good breakfast in Michigan’s Great Southwest continue to face a risky future and the ability to keep their doors open.
Borrowing a page from the recently successful Stevensville Staycation promotion, four local enterprises are teaming up to offer a similar way for fans of local breakfast places to support them when they need the help the most due to state-mandated shutdowns to indoor dining.
Jayme Cousins of The Mason Jar Cafe has reached out to me to explain the project and ask me to share it with you all, in order that you might be willing to join the fight to Keep Local Breakfast Rising.
Operating on that theme, Infusco Coffee Roasters of Harbor Country is teaming up with The Mason Jar Cafe in the Arts District of Benton Harbor, The Local in downtown Baroda, and Full Circle Cafe in downtown Stevensville, with an offer they hope you won’t be able to refuse, and will, in fact, welcome with open arms and a hungry appetite.
