Barry Conybeare has lead the way as his team has stacked up awards this summer.
Best Lawyers named Barry Conybeare, owner of the St. Joseph-based firm, the 2021 Lawyer of the Year, for Plaintiffs Personal Injury Litigation in the Kalamazoo Region of Southwest Michigan. Conybeare practices all aspects of personal injury law, including auto collisions, medical, hospital and nursing home malpractice, product liability, insurance claims, and other injury cases. He currently also serves the community as the President of the St. Joseph Public Schools Board of Education.
Meanwhile, Super Lawyers recognized three of the firm’s attorneys, with Barry Conybeare and Bob Ehrenberg selected for the 2020 Michigan Super Lawyers List, while Matthew Conklin was named to the 2019 Michigan Rising Stars list. Conybeare has been on the Super Lawyers list since 2009 and Conklin on the Rising Stars list since 2014.

Matt concentrates his practice on worker’s compensation law and personal injury law. He serves on the Board of Directors of the YMCA of Southwest Michigan.
Nate Harrington was chosen for the Moody on the Market 40 Under 40 for 2020 as a dynamic young professional found to be making a difference in his community. Harrington is a recent graduate of the Trial Lawyers College, a prestigious trial program taught by the nation’s top trial attorneys. He practices all areas of personal injury law. He serves on the board of the Curious Kids’ Museum and as the chair of the Social Committee of the Berrien County Bar Association.
Best Lawyers also selected attorney Sasha Boersma from the firm to the inaugural edition of The Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch 2021 for Claimants Workers’ Compensation Law. She also practices social security and veteran’s disability law.
