When Taurus Montgomery from Harbor of Hope SDA Church addressed more than 1,000 people at the start of last Saturday’s Peace March through St. Joseph and Benton Harbor, they were being addressed by a member of the 2019 Class of the Moody on the Market 40 Under 40 young professional leaders in our community.
As Dan Peat from the Kinexus Group continues to piece together plans for Peat’s Cider Social in the former home of Lakeshore Lanes, visitors to that new cider house will be greeted by a member of the 2018 Class of the Moody on the Market 40 Under 40 young professional leaders in our midst, because Dan is one.
When Brittany Grasley of United Federal Credit Union marshals her committee later this month to sort through the nominations for the 2020 Class of the Moody on the Market 40 Under 40 young professionals she’ll be pressing into action the sort of leadership skills that earned her a slot among last year’s 40 Under 40.
The clock is ticking on that nomination process, presented by Wightman, the Kinexus Group, McGhee’s Heating & Air Conditioning, Lake Michigan College, and the Southwest Michigan Regional Chamber with support from the Mason Jar Cafe, United Way of Southwest Michigan, Starks Family Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, and Schroeder Furniture.
The deadline is this coming Sunday evening, June 21st, at midnight.
