A staple of the summer season along the Lake Michigan Shore Wine Trail is the annual Vintage Blues Bash conducted each July at Lemon Creek Winery near Berrien Springs and this year will be no exception.
Lemon Creek’s annual Vintage Blues Bash will take place next weekend, on Saturday, July 15th from noon until 8pm with music beginning at 1pm and running through the afternoon with three bands bringing you a day filled with live entertainment.
The summer concert this year will include the following musical guests getting underway at 1pm:
- Mere Mortals 2 bringing you the rockin’ blues of vintage rock, blues and original music.
- The Memphis Undergound, an amazing 7-piece band comprised of experienced, professional, and really fun musicians — a great band to dance to.
- Shake ‘N Chill — a classic blues band out of Indiana with what has been called some “smokin’ rhythm and blues.”
Admission to the Lemon Creek Vintage Blues Bash is $12.00 per person aged 21 and older, with those under 21 admitted free of charge when accompanied by parents. The gate fee entitles you to admission, parking, wristband for re-entry, a ticket for 3 free wine tastings of estate grown, award winning Lemon Creek wine, plus a souvenir wine glass.
Lawn chairs or blankets are encouraged, only small coolers allowed and they will be searched, as no outside alcohol is permitted.
Attendees will have an opportunity to purchase pulled pork and ribs, as well as cornbread, cole slaw, and more from the Smokin’ D’s food truck.
