Barely a month ago the team at Cornerstone Chamber of Commerce announced another encore visit by the world renowned Disney Institute next spring in Michigan's Great Southwest. In rapid response, the business community has been stepping up to the window to snap up tickets to the amazing professional development course called Disney's Approach to Quality Service.
Even though the event itself is still more than four full months into the future, more than three-quarters of the available tickets have already been spoken for by members of the Chamber eager to dispatch key staff members to the one day forum. Even though the Disney Institute has been in the local community on several occasions, the event still is a major best-seller and always ends up with a waiting list in case somebody has to bow out at the last minute due to business or personal conflicts.
